Carrie Meek

Founder

Frustrated by unpredictable revenue? Carrie understands your world. Having fought through two economic meltdowns—the dotcom crash of the early 2000s and the housing depression of 2008—Carrie earned her reputation by building revenue in very difficult environments. She has held many roles from CEO and Chairman of the Board to PE portfolio company director, Partner and CGO. Carrie has spent her career helping leaders like you take back control of their revenue goals.

Carrie’s career began in media with Reuters and Knight Ridder. In 2007, she pivoted to her family’s 100 year old national lumberyard chain. She played a key role in transforming Meek’s Lumber and Hardware into a high-growth platform that became American Construction Source (ACS) where she served as director. After ACS sold to USLBM, she joined Anchor Peabody--a boutique investment bank serving the building industry. As Chief Growth Officer and Partner, she helped expand the bank into new markets, hiring and developing new Managing Directors.

Carrie’s approach is simple: sales shouldn’t feel like magic—it should be a system. She helps CEOs take the guesswork out of revenue growth by putting the right structure, accountability, and leadership in place so you’re no longer at the mercy of your sales team. If you’re tired of waiting for results and want a strategy that actually works, she’s the partner you need.

 

Carrie holds a BS from Georgetown University, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Strategic Planning certificate from Stanford University.
